Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, as we are a small sanctuary-focused store. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with:

A description of the issue
Clear photos of the damage/fault
Your order details

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as needed.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued for items that are damaged or faulty. We do not offer refunds for incorrect orders, change of mind, or delays caused by postal services.
